And, as much as I love to cook, let’s be honest, it’s not super fun to spend a lot of time workin’ in the kitchen on Christmas morning. I’d rather be playing with my people! If you’re the same way, this is a great option for you, too!

Let me walk you through how easy this breakfast bake is:

Step 1: Add cinnamon rolls (from a can) to a baking dish

Yep, just that easy. Two cans of pre-made cinnamon rolls (I just used our store brand, but I’m sure any brand would be just fine for this). I broke them up rather than putting the cinnamon rolls in whole, thinking the eggnog might seep into the cinnamon roll dough a little more easily that way.

Step 2: Add eggnog on top

Add a cup of eggnog (again, I just used our store brand of eggnog, but you can surely use whatever you want!) over all the cinnamon rolls.

Step 3: Bake in the oven

Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. It’ll come out with a golden glow.

Step 4: Add cinnamon roll icing on top

Use the icing that came with the cans of cinnamon rolls and swirl it all over the top. Easy! (I know, this is almost too good to be true, right?)
